I am excited to begin creating Blogs for you to read and understand who I am, what I am up to and the opportunities you see for yourself.  I live in a world of possibility. All of my life I have been a dreamer with grand ideas for how amazing life can be.

Like most people I have allowed myself to be stopped along the way and only realized a small portion of my dreams and possibilities. Now that I really understand and take full responsibility that I alone have stopped myself by the decisions, thoughts and feelings I made up about myself and things that happened in my life.  It is interesting how those old beliefs and decision weather I had been conscious of them or not were right in my future waiting to play out again and again.

These blogs I will write are about possibility and how to continue living into new possibility totally free from constraints, limitation and stories of lack from the past.  I am a life coach, teacher, healer,  promoter or marketer. I work with (weight loss, body image, well being), (mind set, sub-conscious clearing, emotional release, spiritual healing), (conscious commerce, wealth building and business wholeness).

Hey that is just how it all showed up.  A dream and  possibility of perfect balance of body, mind and spirit has called forth all of this and a continued life of transformation.
